We currently ship orders within the UK, Carriage will be chargeable on all sales under (£100 net). This will be at the rate of (£6.50).

STANDARD DELIVERY: All orders are sent on a next day service as standard - please note that whilst every effort is made to deliver on a next day basis we do not guarantee a next day service, delivery to parts of Scotland and Off-Shore locations take 2-4 working days.

FREE DELIVERY: Orders over £100 net are free of the standard delivery charge of £6.50.

COURIER SURCHARGE: Delivery to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Off-Shore destinations are subject to a Courier Surcharge. Please contact the sales team for information.

That’s why our gentle, pH-neutral solution is suitable for use on any area of the face or body affected by breakouts, irritation, or redness.
The hypochlorous in our formula works through an oxidising action, offering deep cleansing and antimicrobial protection while remaining gentle on your skin. It won’t harm, irritate, or sensitise the skin’s delicate layers.
Clinisoothe+ is non-toxic, alcohol-free, pH-neutral, and non-cytotoxic to regenerating skin cells. Clinically formulated and dermatologically tested, it is safe for even the most sensitive skin types.

We currently ship to anywhere within the United Kingdom. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All items are dispatched via DPD on a next working day delivery service. In most cases, you’ll receive your order the day after it ships.

Please note that while DPD is usually very reliable, occasional delays can occur that are outside of our control.

Delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands may take a little longer — typically 2 working days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
