TERMS & CONDITIONS (Please read them with care)     Prices 1 All prices quoted replace all previous published prices 2 Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices quoted, the company reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. 3 VAT. @ 17.5% is applicable to all orders. 4 All prices are quoted Nett of VAT.   Delivery 5 For orders under £100 there is a delivery charge of £5.50 For orders over £100 delivery is Free There is an additional surcharge for all deliveries regardless of size to Non UK Mainland destinations and the Scottish Highlands. Please call for further details. 6 All orders received by 4pm are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability, on a Next Day service. Any orders that are required on a timed delivery (i.e before 10am) please call Barrier Healthcare, Addional Delivery charges will apply. 7 All orders will assumed to have been delivered in good condition. Any damage or discrepancy found at the time of delivery should be noted on the receiving docket when signing and notified to the company within 7 days. 8 All orders are subject to a packing and delivery charge as detailed on the company order form.   Returns 9 Goods for return should be packed in such a way as to minimise damage during transport. A repacking charge may be applied for goods that are returned in unsuitable packaging. 10 A collection charge may be applied.    Account & Payment 11 All Invoices are due for payment 21 days from date of Invoice. Overdue accounts may incur an interest charge. 12 Payment may be made by cheque, payable to 'Barrier Healthcare Ltd' or direct into the companies account via BACS or similar. Our details are available on request. 13 The Title of the Goods shall remain the property of Barrier Healthcare Ltd until full payment is made.
